Orders and Shipping
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery usually takes 2-4 weeks depending on your location.
Simply click “My Account” at the top of our site and follow the steps. You can also check out as a guest if you prefer.
Log in to your account and update your shipping details under “Addresses.” If your order is already placed, contact us within 12 hours to request a change.
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link by email. You can also find tracking info in your account under “Orders.”
For security reasons, we never store your full credit card details. Payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners.
Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.
Yes! We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Whenever possible, we ship items together. However, if products come from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
You can return items within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unused and in original packaging.
We’re sorry about that! Contact us within 7 days and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
If your product was damaged in transit, let us know immediately with photos. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the correct return address and instructions via email.

Contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address. If it has, we’ll try to help reroute the package.
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing and can’t guarantee changes.
Some items can be pre-ordered if they are restocking soon. Look for a “Pre-Order” option on the product page or contact us for details.
