2. Products & Orders
- Product descriptions are provided with care; minor deviations may occur.
- Prices include applicable VAT and are shown at checkout.
- Orders are binding once confirmed via email.
3. Payment
- Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
- We accept major debit/credit cards.
- Transactions are encrypted for your protection.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery time is typically 5–10 business days (depending on location).
- We deliver across the EU, UK, and internationally.
- Delays due to courier services are outside our responsibility.
5. Returns & Refunds
- You may return products within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the return.
6. Warranty
- All products come with a 2-year statutory warranty in accordance with EU law.
- The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling is excluded.
7. Liability
- We are liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
- Liability for minor negligence is excluded, except for essential contractual obligations.
